What is the benefit that you have obtained from participating in Youth Civics Camps Program of the Post Elections Democracy Project?

“For many years, I’ve been hearing about human rights and democracy in Iraq, but only after participating in the Youth Civics Camps did I recognized the importance of these concepts. The curriculum was presented to us in a very effective way, which was enjoyable, precise, and transperent. I benefited greatly from that training."

ave your participation in the Youth Civics Camps motivated you to participate in volunteering works? How?

“Immediately after finishing the Youth Civics Camp, I volunteered in one of the medical centers in my neighborhod offering medical services, and started enlighten people about these concepts of volunteering, where I felt its positive impact.
I think such projects are neccesary in our country at this stage."
