Iraqi Parliament passed the Civil Society Committee’s draft of the Law on Non-Governmental Organizations

IF congratulates NGOs throughout Iraq on the passage of a new NGO law, which is a significant improvement upon current practice and the draft law prepared by the Iraqi government in March 2009.
