The Human Rights Resource Center (HRRC) is a joint initiative between the Iraq Foundation (IF) and the Iraqi Ministry of Human Rights (MOHR). The center was established to help strengthen and promote the understanding of the basic principles and universal declarations of human rights among Iraqis. The HRRC contains computer and internet access, documents, books, and journals, among other resources on human rights.
The center’s facilities and human rights workshops are available to the public free of charge.
The center, located in the ministry’s main building in Baghdad
